Providing Online & In Person Therapy to adults (18+) throughout Colorado
Online therapy offered throughout Georgia
Psychological testing not offered at this time

It can seem scary and uncomfortable to reach out to a stranger and share very personal details of your life. I will help you through the process and answer any questions or concerns you have. I use a person-centered approach, which means you and I will work together to discover what works for YOU, rather than using a cut-and-paste approach. Research shows that more than 50% of therapy effectiveness is dependent on the therapist-client relationship, so if I am not the right therapist for you, I will do my best to help you find someone who is!

II provide therapy to adults throughout Colorado and Georgia with concerns ranging from anxiety to psychosis. My approach is recovery oriented and specifically tailored to each client. We are all different and have unique life experience, so therapy should reflect this!

We spend so much time trying to avoid emotions that are uncomfortable, rather than working to better understand what is causing them. We want to help you figure out the cause and work through it, so you're not constantly falling into the avoidance trap. Currently sessions are being offered both in-person and telehealth utilizing HIPAA compliant video software

Thinking about therapy? Here are some questions to consider:**

Do you feel like you’re stuck in a loop with the same arguments or issues in your relationships?
Is life feeling a bit like a treadmill—always moving but not going anywhere, even when you “should” be happy?
Do you find yourself dodging feelings or thoughts because you’re not sure how to handle them now?
Are substances becoming your go-to escape but leaving you feeling worse?
Is there a cloud of sadness, stress, or loneliness hovering over your career or relationships?
Do you keep attracting relationships that feel more draining than energizing?
Are you the go-to person for everyone else, yet struggle to say “no” and carve out time for yourself without guilt?
Is life’s pace leaving you overwhelmed and exhausted, unsure of how to recharge?
Do you wake up at night with a mind that won’t shut off?

Many people reach out for therapy when the weight of it all feels just too much. Remember, it’s okay to feel overwhelmed or lost—you're not alone in this!

You deserve to feel good—or maybe even great—for the first time in a long time! Life should be more than just getting by; it should be something you look forward to, with tools to handle the rough patches that life throws your way.

Think of therapy as an investment. It’s not a quick fix and may bring up some uncomfortable truths. But with some hard work and a sprinkle of humor, you can see real change!

We’ll join forces to uncover what’s holding you back and help you rediscover the life you dreamed of
